About This System

Modular architecture
for maximum flexibility

The JP-TE Series co-rotating twin-screw extruder is the platform of choice for demanding compounding and reactive extrusion applications. Its fully modular barrel and screw element design enables rapid reconfiguration for different formulations — from filled masterbatches to highly devolatilised engineering compounds.

The high-torque distribution gearbox (T/A³ = 14 Nm/cm³) sustains screw speeds to 600 rpm on the 52mm variant, enabling high-throughput processing of shear-sensitive materials without thermal degradation.

  • Co-rotating parallel screws with interchangeable kneading and mixing elements
  • Segmented barrel — each section independently heated and cooled (±1°C)
  • High-torque gearbox rated at T/A³ = 14 Nm/cm³ for sustained high-speed operation
  • Integrated atmospheric and vacuum venting ports; optional devolatilisation dome
  • Side feeder and liquid injection ports at any barrel position
  • Continuous melt pressure and torque monitoring with auto-limit controls
