The JP-SE Series is purpose-built for PVC insulation applications in the wire and cable industry. Its specially designed screw geometry ensures gentle, low-shear processing of PVC compound — preserving thermal stability and delivering consistent melt quality at the crosshead die with no scorching or degradation.

Available in screw diameters from 50mm to 90mm with a uniform 26:1 L/D ratio, the JP-SE is sized for all wire gauges, from fine automotive wiring harnesses to heavy power cable insulation. Each unit ships as a complete, pre-commissioned system with drive, digital temperature controllers, and crosshead die-head connection ready to integrate with your existing line.
