From dry PVC blend to finished compound — standard and Die Face Cutter models
The JP-CM Series processes dry PVC dry blend — resin, plasticizers, stabilisers, fillers, and pigments — into a fully homogeneous compound. A purpose-designed compounding screw with dispersive and distributive mixing elements ensures complete additive incorporation without overheating the PVC matrix.
Two distinct models cover the full production chain. The standard JP-CM outputs molten PVC compound via a die head for direct connection to downstream calenders, pipe lines, or cable extruders. The JP-CM DFC (Die Face Cutter) adds a rotary-blade pelletizer that cuts compound at the die face and cools the pellets on an air conveyor — producing uniform cylindrical granules ready for bagging, storage, or re-extrusion. Both models share the same barrel and screw platform, available in five screw diameters from 100 mm to 150 mm.
Key Features
