About This Machine

Continuous automatic feeding
without interruption

The JP-HL Series Hopper Loader is an automatic vacuum-conveying unit designed to feed granule or powder materials from ground-level storage bags or silos directly into the extruder or compounding machine hopper. The suction system draws material through a sealed conveying tube — eliminating manual bag lifting and greatly reducing airborne dust in the production environment.

Three models cover a wide range of production throughputs and material bulk densities. The JP-HL 200 is a compact unit suited to lower-throughput lines and space-restricted installations. The HL 500 serves mid-range extrusion lines with a larger conveying volume and adjustable suction timer. The JP-HL 1000 is the high-capacity model with dual-filter self-cleaning discharge, variable timer control, and stainless-steel conveying tube — suitable for demanding continuous-run production where material flow consistency directly affects extruder output stability.
