High-speed accurate cable rewinding and coil management for wire and cable lines
The JP-RW Series Rewinder is a standalone cable rewinding unit designed for transferring cable from production reels to smaller customer reels, or for repackaging cable from bulk drums to retail coils. The motorised winding head with integral traverse mechanism ensures flat, even layering on every coil — critical for preventing tangling during customer uncoiling and maintaining conductor quality in premium cable products.
Three models scale for different line speed and reel size requirements. The JP-RW 200 handles smaller domestic wire sizes up to 200 mm reel diameter — compact and suited to small-batch retail coil production. The JP-RW 400 adds a wider reel range and speed control for medium-throughput rewinding operations. The JP-RW 630 is the high-speed production model with dancer arm tension control, servo traverse, and automatic length counter — matching reel footage to customer order requirements without manual measurement.
